Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United States. Standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 7–9 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your checkout and confirmation email show the estimate for your order.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email a tracking link. Use the link in your shipping confirmation or contact us with your order number.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my watch?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn and unused, with their original packaging and included accessories. Approved US returns are free, with no restocking fee. Contact us first for a prepaid label and the correct return address.
When will I receive a refund?
We inspect returns and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Watches & care
Check the product page for model specifications, size, movement, materials, and water resistance. Clean your watch with a soft dry cloth and follow the care instructions included with your model. Do not assume a watch is suitable for swimming unless its stated rating and care instructions confirm this.
