Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, your watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as delivered, with its original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Free US returns

Approved returns within the United States are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us before sending your item so we can give you the label and the correct return address. The business correspondence address is not an automatic return destination.

How to request a return

Email contact@harrisonandwren.com or call +1 (605) 524-5466 within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide return instructions, a prepaid label, and the return destination.
Pack the watch securely with all original accessories and use the supplied label. Keep your tracking receipt.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after discovering a problem, with your order number, a description, and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. The unworn-condition requirement does not prevent a claim for an item that was defective or incorrect on arrival. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refund timing & method

We inspect returned items and notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after this period, contact us.

Exchanges & cancellations

For a different model, request a return and place a new order after your return is approved. To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, use the return process above. We do not promise a cancellation after dispatch.
