Shipping destination & cost

Harrison & Wren offers free standard shipping on orders delivered to the United States. No minimum order is required. Any delivery restrictions are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing & delivery

For in-stock items, estimated delivery is 7–9 business days from order confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery estimate displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation applies to your order.

Estimates are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, address errors, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If an order cannot be fulfilled within its stated estimate, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund before dispatch.

Order confirmation & tracking

You receive an order confirmation after purchase and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your order ships. Use that link to follow your parcel. If tracking is missing or your delivery is overdue, contact our team with your order number.

Address changes & delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a shipment is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Taxes & additional charges

Any applicable taxes and the complete order total are shown at checkout before payment. We do not charge additional shipping fees after an order is placed.
