Harrison & Wren is operated by ALTIVON LLC. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases through our store.

Orders and product information

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, price and availability before ordering. Images are illustrative; screen colors may vary. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material listing error. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout explicitly states another currency. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. US shipping is free. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout. See our Payment Policy.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Estimated US delivery is 7–9 business days from order confirmation, including processing and transit. See our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, with free approved US return shipping and no restocking fee. See our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation; once shipped, the return process applies.

Website use

You must provide accurate order and contact details and be legally able to make the purchase. Do not misuse the website, infringe intellectual property, submit unlawful content or interfere with its security. Our brand, images and website content may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy and external services

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Our store is powered by Shopify. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. We are responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
